PA State Police, local police, and the Chester County Emergency Response Team were dispatched, along with EMS, on a report of a barricaded person with a gun on Patton Drive in Lazy Acres mobile home around 9:15 a.m., the outlet says.

After several hours of negotiations, the man peacefully surrendered around 3:30 p.m., according to the outlet. No injuries were reported.

Route 322 was temporarily closed due to the incident.
